Dear friends, 

Welcome to the online home of our film "Oliyum Oliyum".  

We would like to share a bit of our background so that you can appreciate our motivation behind this venture.  We came to USA several years ago and have nurtured a bond of friendship and mutual trust over the years.  This has been the foundation for several business ventures that we have launched both in US and India.  As we went through numerous struggles to succeed in USA, we developed a keen desire to create new opportunities for the highly deserving and talented youth in India.  

Thus was born Dandini Creations...   A movie, music and multimedia venture that identifies and nurtures talent in the field of arts. 

"Oliyum Oliyum" is our maiden venture.   Through this project we have given opportunity to several new and returning talent. Among the prominent ones that we have brought into limelight are: 

Rather than focus on mere commercial success of the projects, our focus has always been to produce quality entertainment products while contributing to the society through talent development.  Towards this goal, we have tried a few experimental initiatives in this movie.    

The way we signed up Sakthi Chellam is an interesting story.  We were introduced to him through a well-wisher of ours, and we heard the whole story and script narrated to us over an overseas phone call that lasted over 6 hours.  At the end of the call, we decided in favor of promoting his dream project and are proud to introduce him to the film industry through Dandini Creations.  

There are two key characters in our story for which we wanted to introduce new personalities.   One of the roles is played a talented young girl called Geetha.  She is a successful model who is acting for the first time in cinema.  Her performance portrays a monumental  victory for herself and Dandini Creations because we have created a new record by bringing on screen an artist who lacks the natural ability to speak or hear.  Geeta has delivered a stellar performance in spite of this through her hard work under the direction of Shakti Chellam and voice dubbing by Anuradha. 

The second key role is played by a well know social worker Paalam Kalyanasundaram.  For many decades he has been providing self-service towards education and well being of the needy people. As a recognition of his contributions to the society we have not only offered him a prestigious role in this movie but have also provided significant financial support to his organization.  

This is just a beginning for Dandini Creations.  With your continued support, guidance and wishes we will continue to invest in nurturing the unrecognized talent in India through the medium of arts.  Our partner Ram, who is based in India, leads the way in identifying new opportunities and talent.  

There are several close friends and family members whose support has been instrumental during various stages of this project.  We thank each one of them wholeheartedly.
